i cant help it, i've been a clipper fan since i was a toddler. And i dont think it's a pre-req cuz farmar went to UCLA (and my high school..)so i'd be more inclined to think u have to love the lakers if u went to LA.

and grey, don't get butthurt please about my comment in the other thread. it's nothing but the truth

loller90278- Jordan Farmar also went to my high school. But I forgave him for going to UCLA when he became a Laker.

hey guys my status just got updated...hadn't been updated since 5/3

"Your application is being reviewed by the admission committee. We will mail notification of their decision by June 1. If for some reason you don't receive our written notice, we will be happy to provide the results over the phone beginning June 11th."

Does this mean I can check to see if I got in by going to that link? Or is that a different status?

Hey all, I’ve been hanging out mostly on the studentfilms.com forums, but I’ve been occasionally checking up on things here as well.

Here’s what happened with me:

Status update to “We are reviewing…June 1…” on 03/19/2009

Phone interview with the School of Cinematic Arts on 04/19/2009 (I’m old, and they wanted to see if I could “put up with the youngsters.” NOT EVERYONE WHO IS ACCEPTED GETS AN INTERVIEW, SO DON’T STRESS IF YOU DIDN’T GET ONE!)

Status update to “We are reviewing…June 1…” on 04/25/2009 (I sent in missing transcripts)

Status update to “Admission Committee…June 11…” w/OASIS link on 05/18/2009

Not able to log in to the commitment site on 05/18/2009

Email from Financial Aid Office on 05/19/2009 requesting documents

Not able to log in at the commitment site on 05/19/2009 @ 8:30am

ABLE to log in at commitment site on 05/19/2009 @ 2:00pm

Status update to “Acted on…” on 05/20/2009

Admission packet arrived on 05/20/2009 @ 1:30pm

Officially became a Trojan on 05/20/2009 @ 1:31pm

just curious but for how many of you is the second time applying? I applied for freshamn year and now again for this yea (sophomore yr)....how heartbreaking will it be to get another little envelope...
