Cornel/Hotel Business

I recently visited Cornell's Hotel Business Department Website
and I saw that transfer acceptance rate is way higher than i expected considering that Cornell is ranked very high when it comes to hotel business
so does it mean i have a verry good chance?
also, I got 2010 on my SAT in high school but should bother retaking it for Cornell? with the acceptance rate (it was about 25%) that high?

Also, i think im' pretty much set on hotel business but should i shoot for a regular business school like Warton, Hass or a specialized hotel business schools?

Thank you for reading this long question!
u have a wonderful day

Where did you find the acceptance rate for the Hotel school?

You probably shouldn't retake the SAT if you've completed at least 30 credits. Also, if you are dead-set on going into the hotel industry, you can't do any better than Cornell.

Last year, 176 applied for transfer to the Hotel School, and 92 were accepted. But please note, that statistic includes Guaranteed Transfers from freshman year admissions.

(Same goes for ILR, CALS, and HE, but those statistics include both GTs and any community colleges that have articulation agreements with Cornell. The Hotel School doesn't have those agreements.)
