Common Application - 2008-09 Transfer Application Released

https://www.commonapp.org/CommonApp/DownloadForms.aspx

The 2008-09 Transfer Common Application is now available for download.

College-specific Supplements will be released "later this month."

Though, as of yet, new users are still unable to register as a transfer student.

Thank you for the announcement.
I am looking at the form and one question occurs to me: who should I give the College Official's Report form to?
I was thinking that it's for the Dean of students but then in the form they ask for "your first words of this student", "comments on personal and academic characteristics", etc. The Dean doesn't have any idea about me, I never met her before, so how can she fill these parts. I think this form is different from the Statement of good standing, which is absolutely for the Dean. Should I give this College Official's report form to my college advisor instead?

I was wondering the same thing about the College Official's Report. I don't personally know the Dean, and my freshman adviser had a million other advisees to worry about so we only met once.

@fallorchid: You can give the College Official's Report to the Dean or your counselor.

@kmzizzle: Currently the Common Application hasn't updated its website so that you can apply as a transfer. Just need to wait for a little bit longer
