NYU to USC?

Hi, I'm currently a freshman student at NYU.
I love NYU and i am happy here, but i still feel like i would've fit better in USC.
I've told people at NYU that i wanted to transfer and they were all so against it...
so.
just as a discussion...
would it be wise to transfer out of NYU and into USC?

I am an econ/film major (which works out well in both NYU and USC) so the question on which school is better for my major is not needed.
I love the city but i love school unity more, and i would like to join greek life.
I am an international student so NYU would be more well known globally than USC

see what i'm talking about?
i can't decide at all!
I have already submitted the first part of my transfer application so this thread is really just to discuss if i'm making the right decision or not
