Transfer to Johns Hopkins/MIT? Unique situation...

Hi everyone. First post, hope I'm in the right category so as not to offend anyone...

I'm a homeschooler, graduating high school very early. I'll probably be graduating at the end of this semester, just after my 15th birthday. I'm currently taking one class at my local community college (Santa Barbara City College, actually quite a good school; accredited), and I'll be full-time in spring. I'm planning on going to SBCC for two or three years, as long as it takes for me to finish all of the required coursework for acceptance into a Bioengineering/Biomedical Engineering program at UCSD and/or UC Berkeley, which are two of my top schools. I'm also looking at MIT and Johns Hopkins, which don't have very strict requirements for junior transfers... MIT has some loose guidelines on their website, but Johns Hopkins has NONE, just GPA and credit requirements.

Should I assume that taking the required coursework for UCSD (#2 in the country for BioE) and/or UC Berkeley (#11) would get me a good chance at acceptance to Johns Hopkins (#1) or MIT (#6)?

UC requirements (for BioE, not general acceptance):
6 Semesters of math (Calculus I/II, Multivariable Calculus, Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, Vector Calculus) (Vector Calculus only required at UCSD)
5 Semesters of advanced Physics (UCSD)
2 Semesters of advanced Physics (UC Berkeley)
1 Semester of CS/Programming (C++)
4 Semesters of Biology (Plant, Animal, Cell, Molecular)
2 Semesters of General Chemistry
2 Semesters of Organic Chemistry (UC Berkeley ONLY)
2 Semesters of English (UC Berkeley ONLY)

Oh, and should I take any Social Sciences/Humanities? I'm not particularly looking forward to those classes, and they're not required (ASSIST.org doesn't even recommend them) for the UC system, but if it'll help me get accepted into MIT and/or Johns Hopkins, I'll take them...

Thanks so much!
