Tier 1 as in USNews Tier 1 or the colloquial Tier 1 (i.e. top-25 schools)?

Yes I am from the East.
I want a school near a NE city, that was a really important factor to me. I realized that after visiting Penn State.. Hated it. It was in the middle of nowhere, and really not me.
As far as academics go, Columbia does have a strong chem program but they focus so much on physics. It requires like 3 or 4 semesters of physics. Others require two on average.Penn also has a good chem program. NYU not so much, but i figured that I'll apply anyways.. JHU is self explanatory if I'm doing premed. lol. GU has a really good Chemistry program, with ACS certification, and gives the best combination of a Chem with premed.. Plus, I love DC.
Was thinking of blogging but figured there is too much trash on the internet, why should I add more? lol..

That 4.0 will most likely be gone by next semester. NO!!!!! lol Gawd, oh well. I slacked off in a class that graded on homework. Who knew! All my other classes at A's and that one B will bring me down to a 3.83. Can you believe that?!!?!?!?!

Looking at: NU,JHU,UChicago,Stanford,Cornell, columbia seas,NYU, wellesley and smith
BME/Interdisciplinary Studies-->Premed
