Scholarships for Transfer Students

Are there good opportunities for transfer students to receive (non-school granted) scholarships, regardless of the semester they matriculate?

Any transfer students here looking for scholarships to supplement financing your undergraduate degree? If so, how hard is the search going?

im also interested in this, but from my experience there are virtually no scholarships designated specifically for transfers. and, practically all school granted scholarships are unavailable to transfers. that means the only option left is third party scholarships that are open to all students..

I will have to be fair in responding with disagreement. In fact, Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, offers some hefty transfer scholarships: SMU: Financial Aid - Transfer Student Scholarships

But, my search is for the third-party scholarships aforementioned.

riiiiiiiight.... "practically all" and "from my experience" does not mean absolutely and definitely all. im sure you can find one or two exceptions like you apparently did but in general and in regards to schools people have actually have heard of these scholarships do not exist. but thanks for going out of your way just to try and prove a statement of mine incorrect when it has no relevance to what you were even looking for anyway. good job!

Don't be so offended. I'm sorry I did.

I just happen to to know of that scholarship for transfer students. Besides Phi Theta Kappa, I too, am not aware of other school-based scholarships for students continuing their undergraduates studies.

I do wonder about the quantity of third party scholarships for such students and how to access them.
