Transfer Question

Hi I am currently a Freshmen at University of Michigan (Engineering) and I might transfer. If I am applying transfer to Tufts University (Biomedical Engineering), College of William & Mary (Kinesiology&HS), Johns Hopkins University (Mechanical Engineering [Biomechanic]/Behavioral biology), and NYU (Pre-Health). What do you think the chances are of me getting accepted to these universities. Saying that I have only average GPA. Does the fact that Michigan being ranked higher than most of these colleges except JHU mean anything when it comes to the decision?
