forknscissors, you got rid of GEs. do some research in what GEs your CC required prior to transfer, check those off, and thats what you eliminated. Usually, GEs are taken during the summer, while core science and labs are taken during fall/spring. So you worked off a summer and a winter.

Depends on the UC, but it looks like you might have around 30 quarter units for the APs you passed. Look at any UCs AP chart, I think they are all the same value in units. Very doable if you went to summer school in 2005. Otherwise it looks like you'll need 60 quarter (40 semester units) for fall and spring. That will be a little tough.

zemookmook- Yes, you are a junior no matter how many years you have actually completed. However, if you are concerned about cutting your college experience short, you dont have to be. AP credits dont count against the unit limit unless you want them to, so Im staying here for three years. (at Cal)
