I'm either paying my app. fee by check or fee waiver.

1. Is just the first page of a parents' 1040 form alone sufficient for a fee waiver?

2. Who do I make the check out to?? Tufts University Office of Undergrad Admissions???

I keep seeing your thread and wishing I could help, but sorry bud I don't know the answer. I thought some sort of response might be nice though.

For the fee waiver, talk to you Guidance/College Counselor; they should have instructions for you. Some schools have systems in place that make getting a fee waiver an uncomplicated task, and it's likely they are your simplest path. If they can't help you, then the 1040 form will be sufficient (provided one qualifies).

The check can be made payable to Tufts University.
