Hey all
I am very interested in Tufts, but can't help wondering if I'd fit in there. I've visited, and the people seemed pretty artsy and quirky. I'm wondering if anyone knows about the general social life of athletes at Tufts? Do they tend to hang out together, do people mix well, do people come out to support games and races, etc.
I definitely wouldn't describe most of the people I know here as being particularly "artsy," although a lot people do have some sort of artistic/creative talent. The social life for athletes isn't that different than that of everybody else except that you have an additional group of friends (your teammates) beyond the people you would hang out with if you weren't doing a sport. I don't think there are usually that many spectators at sporting events, but I can't say for sure because the only one I have been to (that wasn't track or XC) was a volleyball game.
