I am now enrolled in a university in Hong Kong.
It seems like I cannot fulfill the English composition requirement of Berkeley at all, since I have never enrolled in any of the courses about English Composition.
I have 2 questions and really need your help.
1. Does the breadth requirements for international students count as much as that for the native students?
2. Are there any suggestions to me to make the situation better?

You'd have to call Berkeley to find out... It's very likely that requirements for international students are different.

If you are admitted to the university, you may be so "with conditions." This may mean you need to complete the composition requirement within 1-2 semesters of enrollment.
