@Langrisser - It doesn't look like it does transfer or if it does it doesn't fulfill any requirements. The easiest way to check if it affects your transferable gpa though is to go to the tag app and enter that class in and see what it says. You dont have to actually turn the app in but I like to use it to see what transfers.

@Petogo - Yes you can change your major as long as its to a non impacted major. Mechanical engineering is impacted so you would need to look at the department website for specifics on switching to that one. And I believe you can trade schools with someone else. So if you find someone in Sixth that wants to be in whichever you were accepted to you guys can trade. You can also petition to get out of your college but that is a lot harder. As far as IGETC goes, I believe everyone has that section. I'm not exactly sure because I did complete IGETC but if you made it clear on your app that you didnt then I wouldnt worry too much about it. I highly doubt it is an issue but if you want to be sure you can always call them on monday.
