Berkeley to CC to another UC?

I attended UC Berkeley for 2.5 semesters as Integrative Biology (3.19 GPA, 67 units, good standing). Withdrew and attended community college to try and switch my major to computer science/ finish off remaining gen ed / AC requirement. By the end of Spring 2013 I will finish all pre-reqs and be able to readmit to Berkeley. However, due to the stress of the Berkeley curriculum and distance from my family, I am considering transferring to a SoCal UC if possible. This is my third semester at community college (3.92 GPA). If I applied as a transfer, would I be an inter-UC transfer or a community college transfer?

tl;dr
Went to Cal, then CC. If I apply as a transfer to different UC, am I considered an inter-UC or a CC transfer.

Here is the UC definition
Quote:
Definition of a California community college transfer:
A California community college student applying for admission to UC as a junior transfer will be given priority admission over other similarly qualified applicants if: 1) he/she was enrolled at one or more California community colleges for at least two terms (excluding summer sessions); and 2) the last college he/she attended before admission to a UC campus was a California community college (excluding summer sessions); and 3) he/she has completed at least 30 semester (45 quarter) UC-transferable units at one or more California community colleges.

However it never hurts to call another campus and ask.
