@surfing Yeah, I'm most likely going to do live in the transfer center. And then I'll get my own place after a year. Have you surfed Santa Cruz? I hear the water is pretty cold so a 3/2 won't cut it. And sometimes you have to wear booties.

@Ram I'm currently taking Bio Anthro and it's the most interesting class I've ever taken. The only downside is that it's online. So it's not as "challenging". I'm hoping I can retake it again at UCSC so I learn it a little better.

Yeah I'm an Econ major, UCSC doesn't have the best program but I want to get an MBA from a top program so I'm not to worried about undergrad. I want to go to Cal or Stanford for my MBA.

It would be extremely hard to turn down UCSC, its campus is just too ridiculous.

@Mer, Ram, Surf and all other SC's. I'm planning on the transfer dorms. I'm pumped always have wanted to go off on my own and live in the dorms. When I started at JC I thought I'd never be able to do that, but then I learned about the transfer dorms and I was pumped again haha.

Forget Davis and go to SC with the rest of us haha. I have a few friends at each school and the ones at SC are much happier then the ones at Davis.

@earlygrad you will get an email from UCTAG saying that your response has been posted and to go look it up. Then you go to the site and where it currently says response pending it will say response has been posted and then you click view and it pops up.

Basically a bunch of suspense! It was driving me crazy I wasn't at home so I had to wait for all the loading on my phone!

last years threads showed a lot of people posting their UCD Tag approvals at like 10-11PM Nov 15 2011. I hope we know sooner than that, this is killing me! Hurry up Davis!!

UC Davis TAG Requirements:

Meet UC eligibility and campus requirements by the end of spring 2013 term and remain in good standing.

Units:

You completed 40.33 semester/60.50 quarter transferable units when your UC Davis TAG was signed.

You must complete an additional 19.67 semester/29.50 quarter units to complete the remainder of your required minimum 60 semester/90 quarter transferable units for junior status by the end of the spring 2013 term.

Grades/Courses:

You had a UC-transferable GPA of 3.62 when your UC Davis TAG was signed. You must maintain a GPA of 3.20 or higher for all UC-transferable units taken prior to transfer enrollment.
