Let's post our approvals/rejections here. Honestly, I'm a little nervous. The next couple weeks will seriously determine my future for the next few years. I hope none of our TAG's get rejected.
If your TAG does get rejected, tell us why. Good luck everyone!

I'm probably going to get mine rejected, but I think I'll get into that school regardless. I had 2 units short of 30 completed. -_-"

Is there any particular methodology to the decision release date? Will the rejects be notified first, then the accepted later? Vice versa?

    ^^ I don't believe so. I'm sure it's all random.

I'm hoping I get notified early; it would suck waiting until the 15th.

Does anyone know how to get a hold of UCSC transfer admissions? I called but it was just an automated message. I made 2 mistakes on my TAG one was for one of the CCC's I put i started in 9/2010, when I really started in 8/2010, and another I put 8/2008 when I really started in 8/2007. But my course work shows that I fixed the mistake but it still shows on my academic information because I inputted it incorrectly.

Me too. Does not anybody know if they start sending emails at midnight? Or is it just random
  • physloop24physloop24 Registered User Posts: 50 Junior Member

I forgot to add a .3 unit workshop class required for my English 1A class that was a p/np onto my TAG agreement. I can't believe I glossed over it, especially considering that I went over it with my counselor. I called UCSB and they said it shouldn't affect me at all, but I'm still hoping for more assurance.
I had been told that it was pretty much a guarantee that I'll get into all the UCs that accept TAG, but I've been burned by bad advice and bad luck in the past so I planned not to take any chances without tagging one UC. I'll know my fate by the end of the day.

Anyone know the exact decision release dates?

I think Davis was 11/15 last year
  • larinagalarinaga Registered User Posts: 556 Member
I'm hoping UCSB releases some information today. I think they did it on the 1st last year.
  • larinagalarinaga Registered User Posts: 556 Member
UCSB just sent me a TAG email! Granted, it's not a yes/no (as they need the Fall grades), but it's just a general email saying, Thank you for your interest in UCSB, complete your math and English by end of Fall and have a 3.2 by end of Fall, etc.
  • emprexemprex Registered User Posts: 721 Member
Very cool! I think UCSD and UCSB wait for fall grades for the "official" decision.
