Help: UCSD thinks I took college courses

So someone from admissions at UCSD thinks I took 2 college courses while in high school at berkeley and west valley college according to my HS transcript. I have never enrolled for any classes at either college, so it must be some kind of mix up. What do i do?

call the individual schools they're saying you attended and see if they have a record of your attendance. They probably won't since you never enrolled, and you could probably ask them to tell ucsd that you never attended.

also use your social security number to your advantage. I believe almost all schools have a space where you can include your SSN# when you enroll. If there's a person with your exact same name who took classes there, your SSN will save you. Probably no big deal though, you should be fine.
