When I apply for Fall 08 this coming November I will at that time only have 18 units completed with a 3.16 GPA. I will have another 18 or more units in progress at that time (which will be complete in december). Due to my increased amount of time available for schoolwork I have set a goal of a 4.0 this semester. However when I submit the app for fall 08 all that will be seen is my grades from the units I have completed. Will I be able to submit my transcript containing my fall 07 grades when I complete the units in december? Or Will i be given no chance to show my improvement from the previous year?

Does that mean I will have a chance to send in my transcript containing fall 07 grades? I just do not want a decision based solely off fall 06/spring 07 grades alone.
the applications are due in November, however, they won't look at your app until feb/march of the next year. You will be required to post what grades you had gotten in the fall, so in a way it still matters that you do very well.
