I would most certainly hope so.

Apart from fafsa, have you started applying for financial aid?

Well, I would say your chances heavily depend on how you do in your upcoming courses. You have all the "hard" courses left, so it seems like you've simply boosted your GPA (103/83 units) with easy courses that are in no way related to your major. I'm not saying this is a bad thing, maybe you simply went to CC for fun (did you go there full-time for 3 years? Did you work?). However, the grades you get in your major-related courses (math/physics) will be far more important than any easy-A or humanities classes you've taken.

If you keep your GPA like that and do well in all your upcoming classes, I'd say you have a good shot at all of them, maybe Berkeley is a slight reach.

you are very far from the truth thomas_, if you went to college just to shake your romp, i certainly did not.
bio, gen.chem, and o-chem are most responsible for the high count of my units (let's just say i switched majors).

i'm done with calc1-3 and diff. eq all with distinction
i have 2 engr. classes left to take now, and i did very well in the ones i have taken.

I never accused you in any way of doing that. Read my post again. I said it LOOKS like (due to the enormous amount of units) and IF you did your chances depend on your grades in engineering-related classes.

Then you should be fine, nothing to worry about.
