| It's more like four year units + community college units. Whatever the cap is applies to your four year units. At UCLA, I was over, from a combination of four year and CC, so they cut off "CC units" as it were--not that it will matter to you--to get me to 105. In other words, I ended up with ~45 four year units (one year there) and 60 CC units (two years there, dropped from 80? or something), however, I still get credit for all of those classes.
This is a GOOD THING. Without it, the unit cap would be a huge problem. But basically, if you only went to a CC, you have nothing to worry about. It's meant to prevent juniors and up at four years from transferring in (or so I guess). |
