I haven’t heard of any campus that can update the personal statement after it is submitted. However, appearance or layout of the statement is not taken into consideration when the application is reviewed.

@ UCD admissions. Well, I have a more serious problem. As I was rushing, I put inaccurate information on my personal statement. But it was just one sentence and the topic was not stressed. But I still can't help but to wonder, when January comes by, if I am allowed to do anything to ameliorate the statement. For specifically, I'm wondering if there is a space on the update where I can address the inaccuracy.

You will need to contact each campus individually to see if and how they want you to correct the information.
