myBerkeleyApplication question

I got two things that concern me on this application. On the prerequisite requirements section do I put down the equivalent of their classes or do I put down the actual course title of the class I took. For example; I am a political science major and I need to take a United States History course. The course I took that is equivalent (from looking at assist.org) to this would be Honors History 111. Berkeley calls the class History 7A. What do I put down?

Also, it appears that I am missing one political science requirement. They want Poli Sci 1 (Intro to US Govt/Amer Politics), Poli Sci 2 (Intro to Comparative Politics) and Poli Sci 3 (Intro to Empirical Anal & Quantitative Methods). I have only taken Poli Sci 1 and Honors Poli Sci 2 (the names of what they call the classes). Assist says I need to take this class at Berkeley. Do I just leave it blank?

Put down the course as it is named at your college. And leave the prereq blank, the adcoms know that you can only take the course at UCB, therefore it is not missing; Polisci 3 is a course unique to UCB.
