My chances. Berkeley

sth science major

Trying to transfer in one year,

summer 07 - 11units

fall 07 - 24 units

winter 08 - 11 units (in progress)

spring 08 - 22 units

68 units total

Will finish all the pre-reqs(that are offered at my college) + IGETC by spring
GPA : 4.0

+ 4~5 ECs & awards

My dilemma is, what if I get a B in winter session, should I still have to update it? or will it be better not to update and just maintain 4.0 GPA ?

Science major your probably good but it depends if your talking social science or biological/physical science??? 4.0 just write a good personal statement and you will get in... That is a lot of units to take though... Don't jeopardize your GPA just to get out more quickly!

pakiboy// 35 = semester units. which is 35 * 1.5 = 52.5 quarter units.

I'm actually doing the same thing hes doing. But I'm taking 27 units. So 22 units is believable.

paki,

credits = units. They are the same thing.

From a semester school, like UC Berkeley: 120 semester credits/units needed for bachelors degree

From a quarter school, like UCLA: 180 quarter credits/units needed for bachelors degree
