Your chances to UCLA is close to zero.

Irvine, Davis, SB, and SC might have a shot. Maybe to Pomona and SLO. Good chance to Northridge and SJSU.

A 2.89 GPA from out of state transfer into the UC or CSU system can be extremly diffcult. (but also depends on the letter grades in each subject, ex. C in math is a no-no.)

They don't use letter grade in my school.
They use like 96% is 4.0
94% -95% is 3.9
92% - 93 %is 3.8
..............................
I got all my science and major course , human and writing from 3.0 to 4.0
the only I got below 3.0 is
US History I got 2.0 5 credit
Political Science 2.1 5 credit
Marco Economic 2.0 5 credit
Calculus 3 2.4 5 credit
That why It made my GPA go that low. Hix . Every course in my school is considered as 5 credits.
