Adding Another Class After submitting Update

I already submitted my application update for my spring schedule and fall grades. I'm an engineering major and I was thinking of adding Chinese, I already completed 3 years of another foreign language, and just want to add it for fun. Now my question is, is it bad to add a class after I submitted the update, and should I email all the schools if I decide to enroll in the class?

Thanks

You can re-submit it until the 15th of Feb.

But some schools had a deadline of Jan 31st, such as UCLA.

Someone back me up here.

Worth a shot. If anything, call up the schools you applied to and let them know of the change. Wouldn't hurt.

I made the same assumption. I contacted UC Davis--they had a deadline of Jan. 31st as well--and they said it was perfectly fine to resubmit the update again. They just needed the FIRST submission by the 31st. I assume the same is probably true for UCLA. Good luck.
