How do UCs calculate your gpa?

Quick question i searched but no answer. But right now I'm taking a math class that does transfer to UC credit but will the UC's count it in my gpa or will it even matter what i get in the class.

It depends on your major and to what UCs you apply to. Some UC schools and different divisions in those schools will either use your overall GPA (which will include that class) or just your UC transferable GPA. It is on the University of California website somewhere but I don't remember where. There is also a thread some where in this form that discusses your question.

From what I know, if it isn't UC -transferable it will not be counted in GPA.

Nice find I think that was the same thing I was talking about. When you transfer that grade will not follow but in many cases getting a B in a non transferable class will be used in your GPA.
