San Diego/Davis...when?
When do you guys think we'll be hearing the majority of the admissions decisions from these colleges? I know UCLA and Berk usually release their decisions near the end; what are your approximations for these schools?

I say mid-march, maybe a little earlier.

Do you mean April? You said "earlier"; the decisions don't start coming out till mid-march.

From the Davis admissions site:

"Transfer decisions will be sent mid-March to mid-April"

I got my UCI decision 15 days earlier than what they posted, so I'm thinking we'll start hearing from Davis within the next week and a half. No idea about SD though.

they start march 15 don't hold me to that though....but i do recall reading that specific date.

SD sends out decision 3 times...
Mid-march/Early/mid april and late april...
SB on the website it says 3/15..

Do they read ALL the applicants, separate them out according to a point system or something similar, then choose accordingly? Is that how it works?

UCB > UCLA > UCD..

I talked to a UCSD rep who came to PCC today and she said that UCSD should start sending decisions by the end of March. UCLA rep said UCLA should be sending out by the end of April - beginning of May
