I'm wondering about

UCI
UCLA
UCB
UCSD

Irvine:
"...change my major?
Once an admission decision is made, you must submit your Change of Major request to the academic department of the new major. Contact the academic counselor listed on your admission letter for assistance. Whether your request will be accepted depends on whether you qualify for that new major and whether space is available in the major. Several majors are impacted and will have already admitted a full class."
