Those are basically the same requirements as IGETC. I went into a counselor's office at De Anza once and she had papers that looked like that for a bunch of different schools. I don't think it's major specific and articulation agreement isn't guaranteed admission.

If you're not doing IGETC (if you're a math/science major), then that means you will complete UCLA's General Education/Breadth requirements and that page lists the articulation between UCLA and De Anza for just that.
