Yes, it does not matter when you took the community college class, it will always count.
And in response to cooldude6, the AP units cannot override a poor grade, they can only add units (which may be used to fulfill IGETC), which are unrelated to your GPA.
yeah, AP/IB tests can only work for you and do not count against you if you theoretically have more than the maximum amount of credits at all UCs. Check out page 40 and it tells you all you need to know about APs and transferring: http://www.universityofcalifornia.ed...terials/QR.pdf
