Econ major for UCSD

If I havent gotten into SD yet as a econ major with a 3.6 gpa by now, is it pretty much over for me? Or do I still have a chance?

calm your fears. the acceptances are totally random. i tell everyone this:

my sister had TAG last year and she got accepted on April 22. they'll send it to you when they send it. no worries.

i'm not saying you're IN for sure. but i'm saying that you have no reason to suspect rejection due to the delay in admissions notification.

Dont worry. Based on their 65% admited rate. I think you probably in already. Just wait patiently!

You'll get in, their econ department isn't really competitive yet.

I thought their econ department was one of the more competitive major's at UCSD?
