i've been to cal alot, so i didn't think i wanted to go to cal day. then i thought it would be a perfect, day-long "date" of sorts with this guy in my class. then he backed out at the last minute.
so i didn't go... :*(
i probably should've. it'd've cheered me up, i think.
Darn it! I didn't get to go -- stupid miscalculation on my part -- I was supposed to go with the school, but the bus left 5 minutes before I got there.
I wanted to get an idea of what their dorms are like. Do they have refrigerators or do I need to bring my own mini fridge, microwaves, shelves, room size, how bathrooms are shared, etc.
This really sucks. I guess I'll have to find a way to commute there in the summer, to check it out before I head out there to settle (assuming I get in har har). It will be a toss up between CAL and UCLA! Go Bears Go, Go Bruins Go!
