When they say "Maintain the grade point average and complete the courses and number of units you reported in your application", do they mean overall? I've been slacking this semester and my gpa is going to move in a decidedly non-upward direction

hi all,
this is my first post ever.

on my admissions decision page, it says that my application is still in review, but in the upper right hand corner i have a student id... what does that mean? i tried logging into ursa and it says im not authorized to use it yet...
im confused
