| I'm entitled to my opinion, as you are to yours. I would never say anything online that I would have no seconds thoughts saying the same to a person in real life.
I personally hope WoT gets in, it seems she really cares about it, but at the same time her getting unhealthy, looking pale and constantly posting stressful posts is just highly unnecessary, which is why i offered the opinion for her to do something productive. These forums will do nothing but stress you if you can't handle it, she's already calling financial aid offers and every small theory in her seems to get to her. | |

I'm obsessive about my admissions because I've done the best I could to be accepted. The past two years have been full of crazy breakdowns and growth and I'm proud of my accomplsihments. UCLA is a great university, can you blame all of us for being worried? You didn't have to read and react so harshly to my posts, they are in fact, just MY experience, and I put them on here so that others in similar situations... like Hongda can get their hopes up.
As this is a free, public forum and tensions are running high, I can assure you I am not the only one who is unbelievably stressed. It doesn't only mean a lot to me, it means a lot to my family. I don't like to give away too much of my background info. besides cold, hard stats and my experience, but if you knew me, you would see why. I'm just another kid with big dreams trying to make it through the impersonal system that is admissions. I apologize if I've offended you or any others. Again, my conversation was mainly with Hongda and the others that are in my situation. | |
