Got a Call from Alumini Scholarship? : Yes.
Complete Pre-reqs? :This Spring. I think THIS is the problem: I added my last pre-requisite as a short term class, I emailed UCLA about it because the transfer update site was closed. I don't even know if UCLA Admissions forwarded this information to the Communication Studies Department.

ESSAY: (RANGING FROM 10 TO 1. 10 MEANS TERRIFIC. 1 MEANS HORRIBLE). 9 in quality but reading back on it, a couple of minor mistakes.

P.s. I'm taking 3 pre-reqs right now, but given I have held a 4.0 every semester for the past 4 semesters, and they told me it would be fine as long as I finished Spring prior to transfer, I should be ok right?

That darned update email is making me stressed. I don' know if they even looked at it. The automated response did not make me feel any better.

Shoot. I still don't see why we'd be rejected. They told me it was okay to do this so long as I finished Spring. Bummer.

I don't think either of you will end up being rejected but it may cause you to be considered after the people that have already completed theirs...I really don't know

I am currently taking two prereqs right now but my major is not impacted..

mathtransfer-you're probably right. I feel 30% better after considering that. (& that's a lot, I've been a mess since everybody else has been able to access fin. aid info.)

My pre-reqs are bogus in the sense that there's no way I wouldn't do well:
Currently: Poli Sci1, Speech & Stats.

It's not Calc or Bio or something insanely hard, lol.
