Theory 1: n/a (didnt fafsa)
Theory 2: Yes
Theory 3: Yes

if you get rejected then you should be typing YES to the fields which you weren't able to see, IE if u couldnt see your SIR then theory 3 should list YES

negative
If you can't see it NO if you can see it YES, regardless of whether you were accepted or not. (stating accepted or rejected IS crucial however) Follow the format in initial post please.
