I guess what we can conclude so far from the data is the following:
1) if you can see any of the 3 you are in.
2) NOT seeing any of the data doesn't necessarily mean rejection.

all it takes is one rejection with 3 Y's to tear this theory to pieces...

Just like any good scientific theory, this whole thing could be taken down by one instance. And it hasn't been. I think this is about as solid as we could hope for.

but before I got admitted today, I can see my MyUCLA and URSA. After I saw my acceptance letter couple hours later, I saw my financial aid award and summary.

My purpose of doing that is to show that no summary, no URSA, and no MyUCLA do not mean 100% rejection. They may just update it the day you got admitted.
