[b]UCLA Theory Verification: Let's Find Out!! [/b]
kidRobot made a thread like this earlier today, but people can't help but blow him off.

Let's get to the bottom of this whole theory business. I think this thread will be helpful for future applicants.

There are essentially 3 Theories

Theory 1: URSA financial aid summary (You are able to see your financial aid summary for award period 2008-2009 on URSA)

Theory 2: myUCLA logon (You are able to see your name, major, and "admit" on top right corner of myUCLA after logging on)

Theory 3: URSA update (You were able to submit SIR on URSA before official letter.)

Just answer in this following format... We'll see if the theory holds it's salt!

Accepted/Rejected
Theory 1: yes/no/didn't submit fafsa
Theory 2: yes/no
Theory 3: yes/no

I'll start
Accepted
Theory 1: Yes
Theory 2: Yes
Theory 3: Yes

As you can imagine, I was considerably less stressed than many of you!!

Also include the theories that are NOT indicative 100% fool proof acceptances for next year's batch...

Also, people shouldn't answer Yes to theory 1 if you didn't apply for FAFSA.

math transfer if you knew how to read you'd know the only assertion I made was if you do see it, you're in. i never once implied if you don't see if you are rejected simply because of rolling admissions and some people no applying for fafsa, so ****.
