do they give you your preference on a first come first served basis(the first people to fill out the app are the ones who get their first preference, etc)? or is it all random.

I think it's a more-or-less random assignment according to your preferences as long as you get the application in by the due date. I'm not sure at all though, can anyone confirm?

you can find it on the UCLA website.

it's like a Culture theme, Women's theme... something like that. i'm not sure if that's UCLA, i think that was CSUN when my sister went there.

i work for ucla housing and i can tell you right away that none of you will be living in rieber terrace or vista. Delta Terrace ( Sunset Village) houses all of the transfers. The Office of Residential Life designated the rear 4 buildings of Delta into "Transfer Dorms". The rest of yal will be spread around to a couple of rooms in De Neve, Canyon Point (Sunset Village) Courtside (Sunset), Saxon and Hitch.

Hope that helps.

wow, that really does!

please tell me that we won't have to share a bathroom with the entire floor. lol, that is my ONLY problem. and i made it clear in my choices that i only want one other roommate... what's the chance of that happening?

sharing a bathroom with the rest of the floor builds character. but to answer your question, you wont get put in a dorm with that set up. Most of the female transfers are put into triples and males are put in to doubles.

If you guys want suggestions in to Off Campus Housing owned by UCLA, I would go for 558 Glenrock. Its by far the best deal you can get at this school( both university owned and privately owned) and they have reserved units just for transfers.

So if we intentionally up our rapist quotient, we'll get singles? That'd be pretty sweet
