dropping a spring course

Hi guys,
it would really help me out if you can give me some info. I applied for fall 2008 transfer as a biomedical engineering major. Got accepted into UCD, UCI and UCLA (the ones that i applied to.). I am in a bit of a chunch here. I never had to drop a course at my cc. but i may have to this spring semester. I'm pretty sure I can pull it off in the end since this isn't the first time this has happened to me. But this time the stakes are too high. how will this affect my acceptence? other than this, my transcript looks good. no w, c, d or f's.

what are the contact numbers for the colleges regarding this type of situations? I've called the campuses and they have given me the worst answer. "it may or may not affect your acceptence". they say that an evaluator will look at my app. again and give me the decision in 15 days. can i caontact such an evaluator?

UCLA Undergrad Admissions: New Bruins - Reporting Changes - Transfer Students

If it's a pre-req/IGETC requirement, I'd be worried. If it isn't, fuggedaboutit!!

I don't know if you can contact an evaluator directly..

will they allow me to take it in the summer? I already know that Davis will. I've talked to them.

and the newbruins website is not helpful since whatever you report there is finalized and they might withdraw your acceptance. It is not a source to get a projection.

I appreciate the effort though.
