| Can't focus with rest of the Semester...
First of all, GL to all who still wait for UCLA.
I was one of the 1st to get the acceptance. Now I just want to relax for a bit and yet, my math teacher is driving me CRAAAAAAAZY! lol
I study for the course more than 8hrs a week, and cant seem to land on a safe B zone...wth. I got to worry about moving out within 4days, Grappling Tournament, all the crap at the same time....bumped on a quiz again today...just..wth...
Those who feel like whining about our last semester, feel free to join me. :b |

| haha yeah, totally. I have SOOOO much reading this quarter. I love UCSB but UCLA owns! can't wait!
(unless I also get into Berkeley in which case it'll be a hard choice). | |

| OMG... I have been trying to commit myself to my history HW all day but instead I've been wandering around CC and Facebook (my class is online so I"m in front of a computer one way or another), worrying about Berkeley admissions.
Two more weeks and I can kiss my CC goodbye, and I'm longing for the day. Two more weeks... I'm so over that place I can't concentrate. | |

| oh, i hear you.
my last Philosophy course (my major) is giving me a freaking headache. History of Modern Philosophy, boring as hell and annoying as hell. I got a B on the midterm, now I have to get a high A on the final just to get an A in the class.
With this crazy cryptic objective questions and overly picky essays, I feel like smacking myself in the face every time I sit in that class. It only helps that my three closest friend phil majors are in the same class as me. We all sit there, heads drooped, drool trickling down our cheek... | |

| xleper17: lol, I am a Philo major too! I was thinking about taking the modern philo this semester, but decided to repeat Calculus and now I am banging my head against the wall... 
I loved ethics, logic was interesting, but philo of religion was kinda dry... | |

| well i have to take modern philosophy this semester, part of the pre-req. if i went to SMC, phil 1 would of completed that requirement... even though their phil 1 is the same as mine, my phil 1 doesn't satisfy it... oh god. bleh.
but calc is pretty bad too. i just took statistics XD | |

| xleper17, i'm in almost the same situation grade-wise with my history class. Last class I need for IGETC, and because it's online I end up forgetting about the class until later in the week, which ends up affecting my work and therefore my grade. I'm boderline B/C right now and if I don't step it up and ace the last test I may be screwed for Berkeley (can anyone say *rescind*?) Doesn't help either that my teacher's a disgruntled femimist (or so I hear... kinda shows in her lectures though) who grades ridiculously hard.
*sigh* have to grit our teeth and bear it, I suppose.

i think we all deserve a medal if we get through this semester. this phil class is the only chance of a B. i've got 4 weeks left and I'm still holding strong.... so let's see what happens, eh? lol. | |
