I just read a review from a girl who said she just didn't feel safe walking around the UCLA campus and westwood at night. Good thing she didn't go to Cal.

Oh and you guys think the girls at Cal are bad? You should have seen some of the chewbacca's we had running around in the Marine Corps.

Don't get me wrong, the AF has its share of desert queens, but damn were there some fine ones too.

*reminisces about the year in Korea*

Dude, I had the chance to work with the Air Force in Kuwait and Iraq. Your girls were beauty queens compared to ours.

Hellooo

I have an opinion-- I WENT to UCLA for two years. It has its ups and downs though. I joined a "top sorority" and all the girls were gorgeous... and it was fun and there was plenty of partying. Beginning my junior year i went abroad (specifically to Argentina) and it totally changed my perspective. though I became vp of my sorority.. it just wasn't for me and i wasn't being true to myself there. Beyond that, i became really disenchanted with the whole LA scene in general.

I've applied to transfer to berkeley for this fall. we'll see what happens, i know 4 yr to 4yr is pretty ridiculously hard to do so i'm not expecting much. right now i'm at a CC. I loved some of my professors at UCLA and couldn't imagine better ones (ESPECIALLY in the poli sci department). If i end up there in fall i wont be too terribly upset either. there's my two cents. any questions, lemme know.

rumor has it that leper is a korean beauty.

a top sorority? i have a problem with fraternities and sororities claiming themselves to be "elite" or "premiere".

btw i know several pretty cute girls at Cal.

UCBorUCLA, I for one do not care much about appearance. As a matter of fact, I've found many average women to be very attractive because of their personality. Then again, what I'm really interested in is getting a good education and establishing connections with people who can further my career.

Heh, it also seems that a lot of people who posted the Berkeley reviews complained about the lack of social life. San Francisco is only about 20-30 minutes away and there are always social activities there.

Well, I think I've got this fairly well figured out.

Marry average smart girl. Get rich. Pay to have average smart girl become hot smart girl.

No, no, no, no.. you get the dumb hot girl out of your system, then you settle down with the average smart girl. Obviously the smart girl is going to be smart enough to see that you're two timing her! See, you gotta think about these things...

mattn - ur absolutely right!

That's a smart way to go. All a girl needs is just make up, clothing, heels, hair, manicure, pedicure, some plastic surgery and then she's like a beauty queen. This requires money and when u pay for it, u own it. lol!!!
