essay: No idea, but put pretty much time on it
EC: ICC for a club in 4 months, tutor in school, Honors Program Assistant, oh yeah, I am in Honors Program and took many classes for Honors Grade, inculding Econ Classes

It's kind of like AP Class in highschool. In College or Uni there is usually a Honors Program in the school that offers Honors Courses (from which you can get Honors Grade)
