De Anza vs Foothill
According to the school newspaper, this fall De Anza may start the TAP. However Foothill seems to care more about getting connected, not only TAP but they get transfer agreement with more private colleges. Personally, I prefer the Honor Program in De Anza because they offer much more Honor classes, lots of them are Cohort courses which means you only do one more assignment than regular students and you get Honor credits.

Also go to a school with more transferring students make me work harder .

OP:

if you are really competitive, then try to find the best CC to go to. you will be much more likely to succeed if you surround yourself with people who ALSO want to succeed.

if you really don't care, then find the one that is closest to drive to. you'll save alot in gas $$ that way.

According to my foothill pamphlet, UCD, UCI, UCM, UCSC all offer TAG for international students. I think TAP is available for all students as well, I am not sure about it though.

thank you. so not all campuses have TAG for international studens...hmm, anyone knows if TAP is available for international students?

if say...i do not go for TAG or TAP, i will still be able to transfer, but i'll just have less priority than the TAG/TAP certified students right?
