Does it matter which classes you take to fulfill the IGETC?
For example, I take history of rock and roll rather than art history... do they look at that?

And for example, I am done with the prereq of my major, and the IGETC.. I just need 3 more units..

Can I just take a basketball class for those 3 units? Or is that frowned upon?

i dont think they would, but my guess would be that you should complete as much lower division classes as possible

on the history of rock vs. art history, no. they don't care as long as you do well in your IGETC courses. ps-i took history of rock at my CCC and LOVED IT. my professor was the s---.

on the last three credits thing, take an elective that is still academically sound. three units of basketball may not fly with some colleges.
