I was wondering how long it will take for me to be put into the Cal directory. I sent in my SIR on May 1st and want to sign up for an email, waive the health insurance plan, and other things that require me to authenticate. I haven't mailed in my check for the SIR yet, does that have anything to do with still not being able to authenticate?

You wont be put into the directory until after they receive payment.

Damn that sucks, I wonder if there is a way I can just pay it online. I selected the option of mailing it.

i paid SIR through credit card... i thought the option was right there >_>

If you can log into e-bill, you can pay it there, but I can't do that.

To SIR, you have to agree to pay the $100 fee. They give you the option of either paying online or mailing a check.

From what I've gathered, you're added to the directory 2-4 days after receipt of payment. (Spring admits won't be added until September.)

I just got off the phone with admissions and they said that it is not possible to pay with a credit card once you have selected the mail-in payment method.

I mailed my payment in last Thursday and I was in the directory on Saturday. It might take a few days longer if you are mailing it from outside of the Bay Area.
