| UCSD Transfer Admit Day
Hey, just got back from a 9 hour drive from SD. Went to Admit Day; was some what informative, but almost nothing was new news other than the one question I had that someone on this forum also had a questions about:
"If you are in Thurgood College, does IGETC articulate GE?"
Yes it does, but you need to take 2 outside upperdiv courses that are not within your major's category. Since I'm a Sociology major, I can't take any fromt he Social Sciences, such as Econ, Poli Sci, Comm, etc.
That means with the 12 upper divs I need to complete + 1 prereq + 2 unrelated, I only have a total of 15 courses to take once I'm there. |
