Should I be sending my college transcript to Cal immediately like it says to do? Or should I wait until the spring semester grades are out like early to mid-June? It seems somewhat redundant to send the transcript twice instead of just waiting for final grades to be out. Any past transfers want to chime in?

where does it say immediately
here is what mine said
You must submit:
* Your final, official transcript(s), including your high school transcript, and any other required official documents, to our office by July 15, 2008; We will use these transcripts to verify the self-reported academic record that you submitted.
Immediately submit official transcript(s) from schools where your coursework is completed; submit final official transcripts from schools you are currently enrolled in by July 15, 2008:
coursework you completed is more for like students who attend more than 1 CC
and those CCs that they finished their coursework they could send it in
since i m attending calso july 3rd i'll just bring it to the office. >_> get it over with while i m there
