| They pay for your tuition first, and the remaining will be either sent to your bank account or be sent to your house with a written check. You can use that to pay for the portion of your housing, and whatever it didn't cover, you have to pay for it from your pocket.
Example:
With 23k, you'll probably get three equal payment throughout the year, so let's assume you get 7.6k per quarter.
out of that 7.6k, about 2.5k will be automatically taken out to be used for tuition, so you have 5.1k remaining.
If you have 14 Premier, you'll have to pay about 4k per quarter, so you can use your 5.1k to pay for it, and you'll still have 1.1k remaining for your own use. And you'll probably have to pay around $800 for health insurance, which is required, so you'll have around $300 remaining your first quarter, if I did my math right.
14 Premiere is good. That's what I have right now and if you have tons of swipes left, people just spend it on pizza + chicken wings (6-8 swipes each).
