UC to UC transfer question

I was just wondering if i were to transfer from a UC school (Riverside) to another UC school like UCLA and after graduating from UCLA i decide to apply to med school... Will I have to send 1 or 2 transcripts to the med school? If its 1 transcript from UCLA.. would it mention I took half the courses at UCR? Would all my courses (even honors) be included in that 1 transcript?

Thanks in advance.

This could change depending on the medical schools you apply to since they are the determining factor of what records you need to send in. For most schools, if not all, you will need to submit transcripts from all colleges and universities you attended.
